Hi guys,
Installed and run CLU 1.1.2. Detects all our EN4s. However, doesn’t offer to upgrade the current version 2.9.4 to 3.0. Says “2.9.4” for both Firmware and Web.
What are we doing wrong?

On main screen of CLU, do they show a Red or Grey little world next to the IP address?
If it is Red. then the EN4 are in a different IP range than the computer running CLU. They need to be in the same range for it to be able to update them.
It’s grey and the computer and EN4 are both in 192.168.5.0/24.
Thank you for confirming.
In which case, please go to the Firmware Update menu on the left-hand side of CLU, and then click the upload arrow below Update Firmware for each of your EN4s. The firmware updates will then begin, with progress shown on the EN4’s display.
Please make sure that you have saved a backup file from the EN4s first, prior to performing the firmware update. You will then be able to reload your configuration if required following the update.
Please let us know if you have any questions.

@Edward No matter how often I click the update arrow in CLU, the EN4s stay on Version 2.9.4. Same for the EN12s. Any idea?
It worked! I was not on the most current version of CLU. Was not aware that there is a hard dependency and the firmware seems to come bundled with the CLU. Probably the CLU would offer to auto-update itself or at least give notice once a newer CLU is available?
Thank you for the update. Glad to hear you were able to update your EN4s to firmware 3.0.1 using CLU 1.1.2.
When you download CLU from the website, this will include all the latest release firmware for Netron devices at the time. This means you can simply click the Update Firmware button, and CLU will send the latest firmware it has for that device.
CLU has been designed with the assumption that it will be running on many networks without Internet access. It therefore won’t attempt to connect to our server to check for updates.
