We’ve had an issue with Universe 3 freezing in shows during a long scene, last year the console was sent in for issues with faders and a couple of buttons, we also wanted the freezing issue to be addressed… no pun intended. 
Ive cleared the console, patched the entire room, got rid of fixtures we dont use anymore, replaced all the DMX lines and purchased new terminators, now with the latest OS update for the first time I’ve gotten a grey screen saying that Onyx is taking a long time for this task, so I chose to wait and finally it saved and continued to run normally…
Even running old shows it’s fine, but I get a different set of issues, I’ve had no luck re-creating problems.
