Vista Laptop is not detecting USB Universal DMX

I had this running fine in a club on their laptop running VISTA, now LJ cannot find the driver. Please help

Any suggestions out there?
Im using a USBDMX2. I loaded v2.95 onto another laptop. Everything worked fine until the laptop was re booted, now LJ cannot detect the driver. This device works fine on my Dell running Win 7. This laptop is a Dell running Vista. What am I doing wrong?
