Hello. I have a few Stairville MH-X25’s running in 12ch DMX mode. Their 11th and 12th channels are dedicated to macros/control, such as blackouts, resetting the device or triggering some of their automatic modes.
Unfortunately in ONYX these properties don’t work and yellow warning signs are shown next to their sections, but without any further information. Looks like this:
I couldn’t find any information about that in the manual. Is there anything I could do to make these properties work correctly?
