I ordered some Neutrik True1 NACF-W-Top female plugs to power both my NS8 and EN4 however after assembling the plugs they won’t mate. I’m confident I’ve assembled them correctly after double checking documentation. There are two little “teeth” in the center of the connector that I believe are getting caught on the “tongue” in the center of the netron power in port. (I would post more pics but new users aren’t allowed)
I’ve done some digging around and can’t seem to find any currently available neutrik plugs that don’t have these teeth. So my question is, what is the recommended power in plug for these devices if neutrik true 1 is not an option? Has anyone else run into this issue?
