While using the RDM10 as Artnet-Node, the outputed Refreshrate of DMX is not as high as configured

Hi, i setup a RDM10 as ArtNet-Node and set the Refreshrate to 40Hz, i only measure a frequence of round about 10Hz with my Swisson XMT-350 DMX/RDM-Tester

I cannot see this in 2.93, all refresh rates match between RDM10 and XMT350.
