Would you be willing to share a list of the processes and services which get closed?
Having issues loading 4.9.1262 on NX1. I was previously running 4.9.1249 with little issues but wanted to try the latest RC. I have a very big show this Saturday and would like to get a 4.9.xxxx version back up and running. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
@tbutterfield - Don’t hold me to this, but I vaguely recall reading somewhere that you need to use the 1260 iso file before going to 1262. The iso file is in the same folder as the 1262 exe. So maybe trying install the 1260 iso (OS first) and then the upgrade to 1262.

Thank you. It was the SQL Server and SQL Writer processes that I was missing.
The NX-1 is not able to use the 1260 ISO with out a BIOS update (working on resolving this for the 4.10 release)
As long as the console is running any of the 4.9 OS it should be able to install 4.9.1262 as a normal update.
how can we do the bios update seperate?
